I scheduled a C spa treatment facial. I was greeted by Amber as usual for the past 2 years and proceeded to undergo the treatment. Since I've had only the C spa treatment, We were well past the middle of the procedure when I realized that one specific treatment was missing. I was surprised when Amber completed things and raised my position to signal completion.. Whoever took my call to schedule had scheduled a deep cleansing and not the C spa.as I requested. It was further validated when I checked out to find that my usual total of $160 was half that amount. I am not pleased because I will be traveling the first week in May. I came in for the C spa this week because I wanted to allow 2weeks for the full effects but that is not happening. I inquired at the desk upon check out but decided to voice my complaint through feedback and a follow up call. I may be able to juggle things this week to come back (again) for a C spa but that is a huge inconvenience. I was not even aware of a deep cleansing and my records will indicate that with the exception of one time I got a blue peel, I have always requested a C spa because I have issues with pigmentation build up. I think I am owed some type of discount for my next service since the error happened on ESMS's end.. I have been a customer for at least 2 years and have always enjoyed the service. My appointment Friday was less than disappointing due t this booking error. If by chance I am able to work in another time this upcoming week, I believe I should be compensated with some type of discount for the inconvenience.
