Your lobby and waiting room needs to be updated and modernized.. I don’t think you’ve touched it since the 80’s.

The worst lash tint I’ve ever received anywhere. Love ESC and have been coming here for 22 years. R did not use the under-eye patches and got dye all over my eyes. Could NOT get it off. Supposed to be a treat for vacation, but ended up having to wear concealer to the beach b/c I looked bruised. Sooo disappointing. Will not be booking this again with her.
