I got partial highlights done and I could not even tell I had anything done when I left. I'm not picky when it comes to my hair but this was the first time I've gotten my hair done in years. Just a shame I spent that much money and I couldn't tell anything was done to it.

Lindsay does a great job but the ladies who work at the desk not very friendly, Well to me anyway. the lady that checked me in was not very friendly at all to me and then I watched her greet other people with a smile and asked if they wanted a drink. Not sure why she couldn’t do that to everyone that walks through the door. Then a different person checked me out again with no smile and it took her forever. Must not be a happy place to work at. Good thing Lindsay is very friendly and always does a great job or I probably won’t go back. This is why I give them a 5

I have been coming to Zano's in Batavia since 1993. I always have a positive experience, especially with Nazima who is a phenomenal colorist and Lisa who does a nice job of keeping my hair under control. If you choose Zano's you can expect to have a positve experience each and every time.

I have been going to Zano's in Batavia for seven years now. Everyone from the front desk to the stylists are upbeat, professional and all about customer service. My colorist is Brooke and she is AMAZING. I'm totally gray but I'm able to keep my youthful auburn color. My hair color has never looked this good. The condition of my hair is that of a much younger women! Thank you Zano's!

Great service, I love to go and get my hair done. They always find the best spot to make my appointments, very flexible in the schedule, good prices, the products are the best. And the team is very profesional.

Kelcie is amazing. Not many people know how to cut my type of crazy curlie hair. She nails it every time; even when I decide I want a different cut / style. I truly appreciate her talent. She has a sweet personality as well.
