Yen Yoga & Fitness

Above average customer service along with a very clean environment throughout. The yoga classes I took over my weekend in town were very useful. I will be sure to stop in again in the future. Thank you

Yen Yoga has some very nice employees. The instructors that I have taken classes with have all been very kind. There is a nice variety of classes ranging in difficulty and targeting various areas of overall health.

That being said- I have been consistently disappointed with being a patron who purchases a punch card rather than going with a membership. It is not in my budget to commit to a membership. I have consistently purchased punch cards for two years without interruption, including enduring a large cost increase in 2015. I am not as valuable as the membership holders as I do not share their benefits. I was refused a towel because I am a punch card user, amongst other disadvantages. To me this is disappointing as I've been a faithful patron and personally feel that I am every bit as important to the success of this studio as the membership holders. I hope yen yoga will find a way to work this out. The classes are what I am there for after all.

After yoga you can go to the locker rooms and fix your hair with a hair straightener, a hair curler and more. It's also very clean inside and very neat and beautiful. I just went a few days ago for the first time and it was very fun! Can't wait to go again!

Perfect class for me...good class for someone newer to yoga. The heat is just enough to get the heart rate going a bit more. Awesome !

I have attended Yen Yoga in the past two summers, when I am in town. I found the classes healthy. I come from Wisconsin from a studio which functions completely differently. Yesterday, I went to my first class at Yen Yoga and was not let in for a 3:00 PM class when I arrived at 3:02. I find this completely frustrating, coming from a philosophy of acceptance, support and nurturing in Wisconsin. I was coming from a winter of death and dying in my family and was completely surprised . I do not support your germanic and corporative choice to be so intense in your timing. this summer, you may find many people coming to classes with the traffic creating timing issues. You may cause many other clients to feel as assaulted and unsupported as I was today. I do feel your whole studio is not creating an environment that you may have envisioned when you began.

As a casual yogi I felt just as welcome and supported as a serious yogi. I left energized and fired up for my next class.

The instructor was kind and the front staff were snooty and rude. One of the two toilets was plugged and the locker area was too small for all of the customers on site!! Waited 15 min for the restroom and ended up driving to a gas station to go to the bathroom. Wanted to come back for a second class and couldn't find parking. There were too many people in the class for the size of room it was held in!!

Classes are taught by experienced instructors, but the cost is unaffordable for many.
