Very well-organized, very fast and very efficient. Never a long wait to get in and get out. But BEST of all, the best doctors ever. I had a dry eye issue and went to a specialist at Medical City after nothing else seemed to work. I made several trips there with no positive results until I went to Dr. Anderson. She immediately knew what to do and has been diligent with following up with me. I've had NO problems for a long time, all a credit to her knowledge and great care.

I was very impressed with the overall service at this office..The front desk, the Tech stated off on such a friendly yet proffessional manner..I THE initial examination was explained to me.. Dr V was awesome..During the examination. He elaborated on each finding and gave me thorough advice regarding the care of my eyes. Of course, he was very friendly and proffessional..I felt comfortable with him and I left his office knowledgeable and impressed. Bea was very helpful with the selection of my glasses...Her personality exemplifies excellent customer services.
She provided detailed information regarding my plan coverage.
I made an appointment with the facility for my husband...I do hope to stay with this doctor for our eye care.

Everyone is so pleasant & helpful. Dr Humphreys is very knowledgeable & was able to answer all my questions. She took the time to listen to my concerns & was able to explain them in a manner I could understand. I have been to both Wylie and Murphy centers and both are fantastic.
