Everyone was interested in Vincent and his well-being. They answered all of our questions and explained to us what they were doing and why they were doing it. Vincent was very relaxed and so were we. I would definitely recommend Westtuck to my friends.

I normally go to a different veterinarian for my pets, but they were unable to get us in yesterday. I called several places and no one had an opening. Westuck worked with me and agreed to see our kitten. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and offered advice.

The vet tech listened more than the vet. I told her my dog has anxiety to the point that he won’t let me go to work. She then came back with options for mild severity. When he’s shaking and sits in front of my car door not letting me leave for work, I’d say it’s pretty severe and definitely not mild. I felt I wasn’t taken seriously until I got stern with her. I will not be returning here and don’t recommend them, might as well be talking to a wall.
However, she did get me the prescriptions I needed for him. So yes I got what I needed but my experience was terrible and I will take my business elsewhere.
