First timer here! From the moment we entered, everyone was so very nice and understanding of our new "wild" puppy! They really made us feel comfortable and at ease! Dr. Smith was very knowledgeable about everything and gave some very helpful suggestions to help us with Hank! So happy we went here!

I am so glad I decided to take Bentley here! Everyone is so sweet and actually know how to treat an animal and they take the time out to explain great steps to get your animal to back to their healthy selves!

Don't know how Tina keeps so much information about each patient in her head! I had ordered and paid for a prescription drug from their online pharmacy for my dog. Within 5 minutes of my order, Tina called to let me know she was ordering the same medication for another pet at that very moment. With Dr. Smith's immediate approval my dog's medication was made a special order, AND an extra step was taken to cancel my previous online
pharmacy order. Great job. Thank you.

I appreciated Dr Smith fitting in an emergency when my cat got a snake bite -- probably a copperhead. I'm sure Charli would have died without the quick attention.

It was a wonderful visit. All of the staff were very nice and very helpful. They handle my dog with care and kin dmess.T he building was nice and clean.everybodys working matters were very professional. No playing around. I found my experience very good under the sirustandamce

My experience at Woodsdale was excellent. I have very high regard for the office manager there who goes above and beyond to look out for the welfare of the clients and their pets.
