REVIEW YOUR BILL VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING OFF ON PAYMENT! I did receive top notch dental work, and I paid top dollar for it, which I was happy to do. So much so I was overcharged $20. A small amount I agree, but when I pointed this out, they initial refused to refund it to my credit card; instead giving me an office "credit" for my next visit. However, my next visit (to get the permeant crown) was already charged to me in the same payment where they overcharged me in the first place, so there was no fee to credit me with. I had to vocalize my issue with being overcharged AGAIN. And of course it was all then, ums and 'I'm not sure' and the person I need to speak with isn't here now, I have to call the credit service provider, etc..., etc... Eventually, after approx. 10 minutes, when they realized I wasn't going to leave without my money, they just gave me the $20 in cash. Very deceptive and underhanded on their part. A shameless cash grab if I ever saw one. So good work, but very greedy office management practices.
