Boarding our aged Miniature Pinscher "Canela" for two weeks turned out to be the most positive event Canela has had since we adopted her 15 months ago.
She went in cranky, loaded with anxiety that required daily anti-anxiety medication, daily bouts of panting and craziness for hours at a time, etc When not doing these crazy things on a daily basis, she was sweet and gentle.
Wife and I were very worried while away on vacation. Got reaffirming text and call from Ruben that all was well. That helped but we know how difficult Canela's anxiety can be.
Two weeks later we pick her up. It took a while to realize this is the same dog we dropped off. For a minute I thought they gave us the wrong dog. She looked much younger, fabulous and above all calm. Past experience with other boarding places was the opposite and her behavior worst than when she went in and for half the stay !
Canela has not needed her anti-anxiety medication since the boarding, is sleeping peacefully through the night and so far - as sweet and pleasant as ever. It's been a week now, knock on wood.
What did the folks at Orange Villa do to little Canela ? I suspect the obvious like care, attention and lots of love.

I waited for a long time to be seen but it was worth it, the Vet is a sweetheart and the staff was nice.

They really care! Dr. Dohlom is great and answered all my questions for puppy care.

Good care but extremely long wait time (with an appointment). A physical and vaccines took an hour and a half!

Everybody who works here is extremely nice and helpful but the problem is they are very slow. I had an appointment and all my dog needed was too worm treatments and I was there for an hour and 45 minutes. They gave him one treatment and we're going to send him home and I asked about the second one and they had to take him back in again for the second one. It just seems like they weren't very good at communicating and being efficient. I am a busy single mother who works full-time and it was the end of the day and I was very tired and wanted to go home and I was not happy about being there for an hour and 45 minutes for what should have been a simple visit.

This is the BEST hospital i have ever been to. My dog suffers from severe allergies, and the dr took time to sit and explain to me his condition. I finally got something done and a treatment plan without spending hundreds or even thousnads of dollars. Every other hospital took my money and did nothing for him, but injecting him. This dr, staff are the best and i just found my new doggy dr to go to 5 STARS *****
