I was greeted warmly and respectfully. You have a friendly staff.

My appointment was right on schedule. Dr. Caughell was very generous with his time while explaining my options and results of those choices.

I have notified your office this morning to proceed with arranging the cataract surgery. (It did not hurt that I learned that 3 of my friends have had the surgery and all have assured I should follow the doctor's recommendation. They also shared that medicare covered the cost without need for supplemental vision insurance which was of some concern to me.

It was a very thorough exam. I love that Dr. Temple took the time to explain everything about the exam, and what was wrong with my eyes in terms that I could understand. In the 28 years of wearing glasses, I have never had a doctor explain my eye problems to me. Staff is friendly!

Dr. Scott is awesome and always answers all our questions! And the staff was happy to show us EVERY single frame they had for kids so that we could be sure that he got the best one for him. Thanks Warsaw Family Eye Care!
