I thought the care our cat got was wonderful. The Vet took time to explain everything thoroughly to us. We left feeling that she cared and would be there to further assist us if need be in the future. The only negative was checking in and out. I think it would help to get a number so you know you've been acknowledged and when you're turn is coming up. But overall and good experience. Thank you for your services and thanks for being friendly.

our very first visit & we felt very at ease with the Dr.'s & staff, they were very thorough explaining problem & procedure to fix during surgery. Our girl Sadie seemed to be very comfortable also. We were also able to get an appointment very quickly even though we were not established patients. Worth the drive from Jacksonville to Warsaw. Thank you all so much!
