Finding a new vet in an area you are fairly new is worrisome. I have seen many vets in the immediate area. However I found Union Hills Animal Hospital walking by. I came in and had a conversation with the receptionist and picked up a card. By the time I walked to my car I decided to make an appt. I was able to get in within hours. My appt. Was timely I did not have to wait. The entire staff warm friendly and professional. All staff and Dr. Spent considerate time with us and seemed genuine. The vet was wonderful complete unrushed examination. I was comfortable. She had some recommendations. In no way did I feel pressured. All is well LadyBug is healthy and we will return.

I am very satisfied with this doctor. She's very knowledgeable and always ready to give us tips to help. She has a great support staff they are also very knowledgeable.

I just recently moved from NJ and one of my greatest fears was to have to find a good vet clinic. I have 9 cats and a very old chihuahua. I rescued cats in NJ and these are now mine which I brought with me. One of them is feline HIV positive so she will always need more vet care than most. I went to one vet for the first time which is right by my house and although they did not necessarily do anything wrong I just wasn't impressed and did not feel that I'm comfortable here feeling. I just stopped in this clinic one day by chance and figured let me check it out. My Samantha had needed to have her teeth cleaned and a few extractions I feared being her poor immune system causes her to get very bad gingivitis which is a common problem for cats that are HIV positive. I was worried to entrust my baby to a new vet. I had been going to mine for 30 years in NJ. I have been very impressed with this clinic and their vet. The staff here is so very friendly even to a new comer and they genuinely care about you and your animal . I even got a call from them the following day to see how Samantha was doing and if all was ok. Even my old vet did not do that actually he himself was a fantastic vet always knew right away what was wrong and kept one of my chihuahuas going for almost 17!yrs even with leukemia but his staff did leave some to be desired at times. I am so very glad I walked in here that day and intend to definitely go back with all my babies when needed. Definitely recommend it especially if you don't know where to start going and are new to the area like me. Great professional friendly knowledgable staff that will go out of their way and a good vet.

My pets have always received excellent care at this clinic and I have been bringing in my dogs, cats and mouse in over the past 25 years. I first started coming to this clinic when my pit bull was mis-diagnosed with cancer and took her in for a second opinion. They did surgery and removed a malignant tumor and she lived another 5 years. I was grateful to have her for that time and give thanks to the excellent quality of care. Peggy Squire
