All staff is very friendly and welcoming. Nicole Hunn is an amazing nail tech whose attention to detail is very apparent. She is also very warm and friendly and makes you feel at home during your whole service.

Always consistent, friendly service. Jessica is more than just a great hair stylist, she has become a friend over the years. The whole team at Tri-County makes me feel special with every visit. Nowhere I'd rather try! I encourage you to give them a try!

Customer service from start to finish was excellent From the reservation call center , they worked me in as I needed a pedicure for a last minute event, , to the front desk people reception area greeting , and Christina who worked on me was phenomenal professional great conversationalist !

I scheduled 2 children's haircuts, which were to include per the menu, shampoo, cut and finished design. When I arrived at our appt, the stylist informed me that she cuts hair dry and that if I wanted to have my children's hair washed that they would have to leave with wet hair. I asked the front desk clerk when paying what comes with a children's haircut and she blew me off. I will not be coming back to this salon.

Christy is the best. I have that full, bouncy, flowing, flip your hair feeling when I leave the salon. Her cut color and styling are on point. The Tri-County location managed by Janine, has a team of friendly, knowledgable, and happy employees . I have been to 4 Mitchell's locations, and this one is the best. I highly recommend Christy and this location.
