Poor - we tried to use a Tires Plus coupon for an oil change. We got some excuse that the coupon is from corporate but this location is a franchise so they could not accept the coupon. The coupon says 'Tires Plus' you should accept it - how is the customer supposed to know about a corporate vs. franchise issue?
Second - we need a quote on 4 new tires and the person providing the quote had very little knowledge about the different type of tire options for our car. Was simply reading numbers off of the computer. Tire purchase and future service will likely be somewhere else.

Unfortunately we are a licensee store ( coupon states at participating store) however we always adjust price in accordance with our own coupons if a customer comes in with a TP coupon. They told me it would be about an hour and a half wait for an oil change and a tire rotation. They said they would call me when my car was ready. I wandered around the Walmart across the street from Tires Plus for 2 hours until I began to become annoyed with how long the service was taking. I waited another 30 minutes for a total of 2 and a half hours before I called Tires Plus to wonder about the status of my vehicle. They told me my car was ready. Being the polite person that I am I said nothing but the fact that I waited an hour longer and had to call up there to find out myself really made me unhappy about the service. Not to mention that it seems completely ridiculous doran oil change plus a tire rotation to take 2 and a half hours.
I apologize for the service advisor not calling you. We reviewed this procedure in a meeting. Please allow us to make it right the next time. If you send me your name I will give you a credit for your next oil change.

When I got there , I was met by no less be. After waited about 5 to 10 min, a lady came out and said have you been helped. After I said I had a leaking tire and need a rotation, she just said you need your paperwork. Never looking us up on the computer. Of course I had the paperwork but she came off as if I was bothering her time. She went and got a guy who was much better. I was told and 1 and 1/2 . When I returned almost two hours later, they had not even started it.. Will not go back to that location.. I like this company and normally get service in Athens which has been Great. I'll be making the trip to Athens for service. I also had an oil chang which I paid for so I was a warranty / paying customer..

I like the people here. They are friendly and professional. They didn't just tell me what extra repairs my car needed, they actually took the time to show me how they can tell. And when I told them I didn't have the money to fix it immediately, the guy didn't get pushy or over dramatic about it. He helped me prioritize the repairs so I knew what needed to be fixed immediately versus what can wait a few weeks or so if I had to. I felt like he was more concerned with helping me find the best solution to my problem, and not just trying to extract as much money from me as possible.
