I LOVE the facilities here and was very excited for my spa day. The steam was my favorite. The services themselves though were sub-par in my opinion. It was clear that the schedule is strictly adhered too (understandable) but the persons providing my various services all rushed through them (I'm guessing in order to be on time). This provided for zero relaxation. A massage where the masseur is whipping their hands over you and rushing around the table, tossing the lotion/oil down ON YOUR LEGS and slamming cupboards because they are moving so quickly is just not worth the price and completely counterproductive. There is a way to stay on schedule but still provide a relaxing experience. This just wasn't it I'm afraid... I was also informed they are discontinuing the locals discount. :(

Price up is rediculously high now. Love your spa been going there every three months brought some friends but sad can't go there coz can't afford anymore.

Love the Spa Meritage! I am a local, and try to visit every couple of months. Love the massages, Edith is amazing! Everyone is so nice and friendly, except the spa manager, she is always a bit snarky. I've been there many times, and I thought at first she was having a bad day, I think it is just how she is. But overall, your spa is awesome.

I enjoyed my 25 minute massage and 25 minute facial. All was very nice and friendly.
I was surprised with the automatic gratuity since I would have like to personally decide the tip. I do not remember being notified that this would happen automatically. I wonder if they take the time into consideration or how they figure the percentage.

We had a great time at the Meritage Spa Terra. We did the Seduction couples massage and it was fantastic! Love the hot tub and steam room too!

I've been to a lot of spas in a lot of different cities, and this was one of the best ever. First thing you notice when you walk in is how peaceful & tranquil the spa is....so relaxing. I had a facial, and the technician & products were really wonderful. All the areas of the spa are well-maintain and *very clean.* And all the staff, from the spa front desk to the locker room were polite & professional. So looking forward to another treatment the next time we're in Napa. Highly recommend!

I give 4 of 5 because while the massage was great, the hot tub was a little bit on the small side and they charged a corkage fee even if you were a guest in the hotel and bringing the hotel wine to the spa. It completely contradicts the impressions and the feel the hotel is trying to impress upon you and make in the first place by giving the wine. I think it was ridiculous to charge a corking fee, especially since there was no discount on tastings being a guest either. Really felt nickled and dimed, which is disappointing because the rest of the stay was fabulous and it ended on a bad note since spa day was last day. It may impact my decision to stay at the hotel again.
