Dr. T. is an excellent dermatologist. She takes time to explain different and various skin issues. She is very knowledgeable in skin care.
Office is quiet, beautiful music and relaxing.

I get such negative feelings when i read your billing policies. the person who answers your phone speaks so fast that i can't understand her; remember that's your first professional contact with a possible client.

I enjoyed my visit and the facilities were very professional and clean. After my visit, I feel very optimistic with the treatment of my condition. The only problem was with the pace of my visit. Dr. Cheng worked very quickly and talked very fast and so I had to interrupt to make a comment, but other than that I think it was a great visit.

My face got "fireballish", but we got the fan fast....I am actually peeling today, and believe the difference in this peel and the first one is the cleaning process and the booster. I think the booster will make the difference in having a peel and having a PEEL!! Hope that makes sense.
For the life of me, I cannot remember the tech's name, but she was professional, smiling and caring. I really appreciate that kind of care. Thank you as always.

Everyone was very friendly and down-to-earth, from the receptionists to the nurse and doctor. Dr. Cheng was very thorough and asked a lot of questions and was very approachable. She set me at ease and seemed concerned about my issues and how to help me.
