Staff seemed very caring and put my nervous pet at ease; appointment on scheduled time; thorough exam with recommendations for further treatment (dental, baseline blood work) but no pressure.

All staff members are friendly and professional at all times. Princess has very little anxiety being there and when she does, the staff works quickly to calm her down.

All the staff at SWVC are the best; they are both caring and informed professionals who make you feel like you and your pets are like family. Jacleen, as Office Manager, will bend over backwards to
make your visit as easy and comfortable as possible, as well as maintaining her fabulous skills as a technician and knowledge at the front desk. If there is a problem she will do anything within her power to fix it. Jeff displays an amount of gentleness and kindness to the animals that is rarely found in a male technician, and is a huge asset to the hospital. Dr. Sarah Rothbart has a very kind and sweet manner as well as being very knowledgeable and professional in her treatment of my geriatric dog. She is always there for me, to answer my questions, go over labwork and do her best to keep my old girl as comfortable as possible. In short, I love everyone at SWVC and would recomment it highly.
