The service was very complete, and the technician was good to work with.
Only issue was that the verbal feedback on the condition was slightly different than that the paper copy I received via e-mail.
re contactor condition on 1 of 2 units which I did not know of until I got the email.
I don't know if it needs replacement or not.

Everyone at Sunrise has been fantastic to work with! They've been very helpful with our a/c for the house and also the mini split for my husband's studio. We really trust their work and insight. Awesome people!

Sunrise Mechanical is an excellent company and always does an excellent job checking my air conditioners. I have been using them for several years now - used them on my last home also in north Phoenix. Highly recommend them.

Excellent work and service. I was astonished, however, when paying by credit card that they asked if I wanted to leave a tip? 15% was an option and it was over $1,000? I'm sure I paid a good hourly rate and there was a markup on the furnace and air conditioner in the first place.

Sunrise Mechanical takes care of all of our commercial property HVAC and EVAP needs. They are quick to response, provide great service, are honest and ethical. I rely on them 100% to keep my tenants cool and warm. I highly recommend them.

Andrew arrived 1/2 hour after my call on Dec.26 after he checked it out I decided to replace my 15 year old unit. Got a call later that day from Jennie stating they had my new unit at their shop. Got a call first thing the next morning that the they had left their shop to do the install, workmanship was perfect and they cleaned up right after install was completed. I would recommend Sunrise to everyone who needs a repair or a new unit.
