Had a massage from a newer lady and it was awful. She had no idea what she was doing. Honestly, a grade schooler could have rubbed my back and muscles better than she did. She didn't use hardly any oil until i said something so it wasn't a smooth massage til then and she talked the whole entire time. I get a lot of massages so i wanted to try Spa 2000 out but will not go back there after this experience

I was so appreciative that I could get in for a massage right away on the same day I called. There was a mix up though. I wanted a stone massage and the receptionist didn't turn on the stones or convey the message to the therapist in time. I got half of my massage with stones as they weren't heated. I did get a discount because of this. I also asked for my glutes to be massaged and didn't get that. Maybe because of all the confusion getting started she forgot. I have been there before and will probably go again.

I love Spa 2000! Kelsey B is the best massage therapist I have been to, and I will keep coming back to! I would recommend this place to everyone!

We were visiting from out of town and Spa 2000 was able to accommodate our needs and requests. The staff was super friendly. Their massage therapists were amazing! Next time I am in the area, I will definitely visit them again!

I was there for a Brazilian there were a couple of times with the procedure that there wasn't a complete pull of the wax in one fluid movement that had to be pulled a couple of times I do believe this may have just broken the hair and not pulled the hair so the job wasn't as clean as it should have been. It's always hard to tell right away but within a day or two there was more hair left than what should have been its been 5 days and I feel like I need to have this done again . When speaking to a friend who had recently had this done by the same person she said the results were the same and we have both had this done at other separate salons or by other persons at your salon with cleaner results.
