Our family has been going to Soft Touch dentistry for over 5 years, and always had only the best experience! All dental hygienists have a personal approach and can work great with adults and children alike. I have the utmost trust in Dr. Bidabadi and her professional opinion.

An appointment at Soft Touch Dentistry is always a positive experience. Very caring and knowlegdeable staff. I opted for a Zoom whitening and am very glad I did.

Got 3 fillings done. Dr.B was so skilled and efficient. No pain and got all them done in 1 hr! Staff is so friendly and welcoming. I usually hate going to the dentist but they put me at ease.

I was surprised and disappointed that I had a new hygienist other than Auhilda and no explanation was provided as to why that was the case. The new hygienist was very pleasant, but seemed disorganized and was obviously lacking context on me as a patient (understandably). I'm still unclear whether Auhilda will be returning as my hygienist in my next appointment or not.

Dear Danielle, Thanks for bringing this up to our attention. I am sorry if you didn't feel like you received the information. We have no control over our staff's life choices and whether they want to take some time off. However, it is Dr. Bidabadi who sets the direction and the skill set within the practice. Your particular hygienist was hired because of her 20+ years of experience, however, we understand that it may take sometime to get to know the patients really well. In either case it will not effect the high level of care that you have come to expect from us. please feel free to call Laura or Dr. Bidabadi to discuss this further.
