Always courteous and friendly; able to fit me in according to when it is convenient; and provides a comfortable lounge while waiting. Also, have compared pricing and always lower or comparable - and they don't try to sell more than what you need. Highly recommend!

This is the best team of auto care experts I have ever encountered. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always put you and your needs first. If there is a problem the WILL diagnose it correctly.
I have never felt that I was buying something I did not need. At the same time they also advise of upcoming maintenance which will be required so that you can plan it in advance.
The rates are very reasonable. It is easy to schedule a repair around your own schedule. Loaner cars are also available.
I have recommended they to several people. Those people, having the same experience have also recommended 12th Street.

Having been in this business decades ago, I feel I can spot a professional and honest shop. Yours is certainly one of the best in our area and has outstanding talented employees. I recently had some work done on my snow plow truck and the next snowy morning I had an issue and stopped by and was taken care of immediately. Taking care of your old customers and your new customers in a timely fashion when needed, is deeply appreciated.

Everyone at 12th auto is so helpful!!! Anytime I need my vehicle looked at Megan gets me in, and gets it looked at! Very nice people to work with and get the job done! I would recommend getting your car maintained or fixed here, you won't regret it!!!
