While I had relative success with my visits to Signature Fitness, It has been many years since I visited. At this point I can not rate on the Dr. however their billing department is lacking. With my last visit being well over 4 years ago I recently received a bill for over $800 from them. When I inquired to my Insurance Co. the insurance company said they had not received any bills for the dates in question. After forwarding this information to Signature I heard nothing till recently when a collection service called demanding the money directly and over the phone.

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I love that you provide different services. You can have massage therapy, chiropractic and acupuncture.

I've been a patient since January of 2014. I am so happy that the Wellness Center was able to accept my insurance. Their services have been very beneficial in helping me repair my shoulder. The staff is great and what can I say about the therapy treatments. A treatment consist of a tag team of professionals working to improve your overall health and rehabilitation consisting of pulse stimulation to the acupuncture care, massage therapy and concluding with manual manipulation. When I leave the facility I feel like a new man and am appreciative of its existence. It's definitely a plus that my gym has these services available.

Amazing place, always walk out of there feeling like a new women! Would highly recommend it to anyone I know....great Dr great staff :)
