Ada (aka Didi) is a very small cat and was very frightened. I was worried, but they treated her kindly and Dr. Lee was professional and unflappable despite Didi's being less than cooperative. The office is well managed despite being busy.

We love the service! The challenge we encounter is how frequently our dog Mocha has infections due to allergies and how expensive it costs.
Is there a plan we can work out to have Mocha get seen regularly without costing so much? We have Turpanion which we never submitted since our deductible is $500 and we usually ocme in between $300-$400 per visit.

The day before the first NYC projected snow storm stroke. The Seaport Animal Hospital was there to treat our dog ling-ling. When everything was shutting down our area. The call I maid to ask if there were still open and could I bring ling-ling to be treated was heard. They did not turn me and ling-ling away. Right away ling-ling was treated by Dr. Lee, and her staff. Thank You, It turned out my dog was ok, it wasn't serious as we thought. It was indigestion she was treated and released right in a nick of time.

Competent compassionate care for my sick kitty. The doctor took time to explain, i was not priced gouged, i was offered treatment options, i felt doctor and staff cAred,was given a same day appointment for my sick cat. The office and exam room were clean. Courteous staff.
