Walked in the door and was instantly greeted by name, made me feel real good. Excellent service and suggestions were greatly appreciated. My glasses were ready in less than 36 hours, how fantastic is that!!! Highly recommended and my experience was beyond excellent!!!

Christian did a great job switching to dots instead of letters to help me determine best focus. He walked me through all the corrective options and helped my choose the one that would work best. He was friendly and professional

Dr Dejongh was personable and appointment was quick which is exactly what I expect and want. I wasn’t kept waiting too long which is also important to me. Overall pleased. Will def return.

I have seen two of the doctors at this practice regularly (Dr. Hupke and Dr. DeJongh) through my own appointments or my children’s and they are very upbeat, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone in the office is super happy to work there, responsive and thoughtful. The technology is very up to date and the office is impeccable without giving you the air that they are being over extravagant with their money. For this reason I feel they have struck a very successful balance between top notch treatment at fiscally reasonable pricing. Having moved around the country quite a bit, I have been to many different optometrists’ offices. This is a one of the best by far - a great business with great people and I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr. Gulbranson is so detailed which is crucial - and so thoughtful, interactive, and communicative. The office is well run and help with paperwork is such a blessing too.
Add ons seem to be everywhere in businesses now so that’s an additional charge but they explain things well so you can yay or nay it.

Dr. Ashley is so wonderful with our daughter. She is fun, kind and engaging during the appointments. She provides guidance and practical advice. We are so happy we were referring to her.
