had to wait 1 1/2 hr before being acknowledged after checking in to pick up glasses.. a few days later got notice that I had missed my appt.

I very much appreciate that Dr. Satterfield saw me at the "last minute". I was amazed at how he was able to quickly diagnose my problem once I took the defective contact lens out of my eye .

Dr. Satterfield is a great physician! He gives a very thorough examination of your eyes. He very carefully reviews and maintains your patient records while informing you of the results of the exam. He also gives you suggestions on how to keep your eyes healthy. As a long-time patient, I feel extremely confident that I am receiving the best possible eye care!
From start to finish the staff is very efficient and friendly. Dr. Satterfield and staff are wonderful!
