A bordetella vaccine was given to Callie without my knowledge. The veterinary assistant stated they would give her a deformer, however I didn't see anything on the receipt showing it occurred. Staff were professional and welcoming. I felt rushed through the appointment and it cost more than I anticipated.

Your establishment has been very awesome each and every time that I have come in and used your pet care facility. Thank You!!! I have been to many vets in our surrounding area and have been agitated by the treatment of me by the staff mostly in Durango Colorado; one in particular comes to mind and I wanted to get Tasmanian Devil on their staff. The staff at San Juan was and is so pleasant and happily willing to accommodate my needs and the needs of my pets that I now would not know what I would do if you didn't exist. Your veterinarians are AWESOME, very knowledgeable, understanding to the needs of bot pet and their human, and compassionate. As long as San Juan is in business and the staff stays true to what they are today I will be a staunch LOYAL customer.

Dr Lake-Heidke was awesome. She answered all of my questions and gave guidance on better care taking of my horse. You can tell she really loves animals and her work.

Everyone on staff so helpful and kind. Rascal, my cat, vomited in the carrier on the ride over. They took him and the carrier, cleaned him up and the carrier, put in a protective pad as soon as I told them what happened. So appreciative of that kind of care. Dr. Lillywhite is a very caring vet. Informative about options for treatment and suggests what is appropriate for the situation with no pressure. Thank you!
