Sandpiper Heating & Air is a great company. Twice a year maintenance has been performed by technicians on my heating and air conditioning. The men that perform the service are very knowledgeable and extremely polite. They are very willing to answer any questions you may have. The last technician, Leroy, was no exception. I hope he returns to check our system in the spring.

The technician (Jason) was on time. He took a look at the Motion Sensor Security light that I called about and fixed the problem. You cannot ask for any more then that. Very professional.

John (our service Tech) did a wonderful semi annual service on our two HVAC systems. He showed up on time and went about his business in a neat and efficient manner. He also took the time to explain to us what he was going to do and the order in which he would be performing the various steps.
He was even able to renew our contract while we waited.
