Very Covid 19 awareness. Safety for both the pets and the owners. As always, Dr. Smith is an awesome vet and the staff are just as wonderful.

The Vet Tech who helped us was amazing. She answered all of my questions and very kind. Unfortunately Dr. Smith wasn’t available and we were seen by a different veterinarian. I had very specific issues I wanted addressed and she was unable or unwilling to address those issues. She was not kind or helpful. I was very frustrated with her bedside manner and the way she presented herself and her concerns about my animal. I would never go back here after this experience, however the vet tech was wonderful and Dr. Smith was recommended by a number of my close friends and I would like to see how she is.

Always friendly and has your pets best interest in mind. Educating pet owners on their pets health in a kind and easy to understand manner. Staff is great with my dog on every visit, wouldn't go anywhere else

Everyone that we met at Safe Harbor was so friendly. We brought our new puppy Duncan in for an exam and he did great. We were not able to go in with him for his appointment because of Covid but the staff was great. They came out and met us in the parking lot. Answered a lot of questions and were so sweet to Duncan. He was excited to go in and when he came back out he was equally enthusiastic. Dr. Smith came out after the appointment and let us know how the appointment went and answered a lot more questions. I would highly recommend Safe Harbor Animal Hospital.

So far so good....:-). We have only had preliminary visit, with Dr discussion per phone. Office staff, and tech Becca friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & understanding. Dental surgery planned- healthy 21 yr old cat in suspected pain, so we needed to reached out, Our usual vet, who we like very much, is “ on leave for an indeterminate time”. We needed to find a new vet and appreciated reviews online.

Lexi is amazing and my boy Laddu loves her more than anything.. she really knows what her job is and everything I see her he is super excited she is great at her work... she is totally awesome

Very smooth and great turn around time for my dog’s annual visit with multiple vaccines. Didn’t mind curbside drop off. I felt bad for the techs running in and out of the cold!
