We have taken our cats to Russell's since 1995. They saved the life of our older cat twice, back in the early 2000's. He lived to be 20 and I credit Russell Animal Hospital for his wonderful care. They took care of his end of life needs and they were so compassionate and kind to us.
We have a new Kitty now and when she had a recent ailment, Russell's was wonderful. They made time in their busy schedule to see her and they treated her so well she was back to normal the very next day.
I would recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone in the Concord area. They have great veterinarians and techs and they treat their patients and their patient's families like family.

My pets and I are ALWAYS treated with expertise and respect from EVERYONE at Russell's. They are the most welcoming and caring doctors and staff in New England as far as I am concerned!

From the moment I placed my call to your facility I felt the warmth and caring for my pet. With no openings until the afternoon the contact person felt the urgency with my call and fit us right i,n. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. The veterinarian (i don't remember her name) is clearly a compassionate person. And the interaction was wonderful. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Khloe. She's doing fantastic.

Thank you very much for the great care Russell's gave to Billie Jean while we were on vacation. I had no worries about her and knew she was in good hands. The boarding cost was very affordable and the complimentary bath she received made her look wonderful when I picked her up. I highly recommend Russell's for any service your pet may need.

Dr Heitz was excellent as always. She took the time & answered all of our questions. You never feel rushed.

Staff were kind and courteous. Molly was very pleasant. When she was bringing us to the room, I told her my cat did not like dogs, so she waited for a dog and its owner to pass by before she brought us in the room. Dr. Paine is always nice to speak with. Very caring with my pet. Office is neat and clean with no animal odor.

Pretty much on time framing us for our appt. Staff all buzzing around busy but no interaction except for the receptionist helping me. Almost feels like a "library" type atmosphere (except for waiting animals). The person checking us in was excellent.
