As always, everyone is very nice, they are very loving and gentle with my dog, and fully inform me of everything that is going on. Plus, I am given time to process when things are confusing or emotionally difficult -- which means a lot to be given that time with the vet waiting patiently and not rushing me out for the next person. And I LOVE the Main Street experience. Everything about it here feels like a very personal, yesteryear experience that so often seems to be gone in our world.

I had an emergency with my dog about 90 minutes before their facility closed and they were happy to let me come in. My dog was seen within 10 minutes and a solid explanation of what was going on was given to me as he was being seen. The vet came out and personally introduced herself and let me know the names of everyone I had met. The injections they gave him for his issue worked and he was close to fully recovered the next morning.

The blonde girl at the counter went above and beyond what she needed to do. I didn't have an appointment and it was an emergency. She accommodated me and my cat as soon as we walked in, and made sure to help her immediately. I was super impressed with them. Thanks Beacon Vet!

When they started everything well they charged just enough but now they abuse and the medicine charge three times more

I took my dog for an annual checkup this week. Dr Souter was very professional. She explained everything thoroughly. We have been going to Beacon Vet since It first opened.
