No communication about the status of my vehicle unless I called in to ask. I was told that the repair would take,1 day, it took a,week. Received the vehicle back dirty.

Had an appointment and dropped off our Cayenne for an oil change at 9:30am. Received a call from Roock at 3:30pm the car would be ready for pick up after 4pm. We arrived at just after 4pm and the car was not ready. We had to wait until 5pm until mechanic got the oil level correct. The gentlemen on the service desk seemed surprised by this and also knows nothing about Porsche’s. Having said that, our car was washed and service was done correctly. We recently moved to the city and are looking for a good independent to service our 2 Porsche’s. Not a great first impression. Will bring our Boxster in for oil change in next month and then decide if we have confidence in Roock to have long term relationship.

Had brakes and tires done on my 2014 Panamera. There was a small issue that caused the car not to ready when I went to pick it up. Hirim went the extra mile to make it right and delivered the car at my house the very next day. Excellent service!

Just a great neighborhood find! Have been seriously looking for a couple years in order to escape having to plan a cross country trip up north to the dealership, after having visited my bank to qualify for the necessary line of credit!! Jason and Leonard are very experienced techs and truly care about accommodating the customer while charging extremely fair prices. They changed a tail light in my 911 for $5 on one stop-by trip!! Making an appointment couldn't have been easier and the car was ready on-time with no surprises. They are my new go-to service center!
