The experience was great from beginning to end with all elements of the visit. Everything was explained well and to my understanding. And I thought the fees were fair.

Staff is always helpful, friendly and efficient. Physicians are knowledgeable and kind. Excellent facility.

I brought my most difficult dog for vaccinations and nail clipping. He is afraid of new experiences, and really afraid of having his nails clipped. Dr. Gifford was so patient with him, April the assistant was also very calm with him, and with the three of us working together, we got those nails cut!
I always have a good experience at Riverside Vets. They are like my friends and we always look forward to going there.

I was surprised today because usually they take him in another room which I don't like . But today everything was done in front of me , which I think is better so as not to stress out the pet. Thank you for that .
