This is the worst place in existence. First, I leave my cat in their care for boarding while I go on vacation and then I get a call saying that they LOST her! Not only that, but I had to keep calling to get an update and "Ruth", the account manager, was mostly out of the office and gave specific instructions not to provide updates. They said they were "looking" for my cat and couldn't find her, which I find very hard to believe because after driving 14.5 hours back to the area I pull up and she's in the front of the building.

To make matters even worse, I arrived the following morning after I found her and everyone was standing around having a grand ole time and didn't even acknowledge me. I had to say... hello, I'm here to get my cat's things, in which I got an eye roll and they tried to whisper "oh, that's for Lovely". No one bothered to give me an update, say they tried looking for her, or ask how I was... nothing! I said, not that anyone cares, but I found my cat. They were shocked!! Oh, you did?? Well, there's no charge. They NEVER apologized for losing my cat! Of course there wasn't going to be a charge, my cat was in the woods while she was supposed to be in a safe environment.

What is even more disgusting is that I asked who I should send her vet bill to because she's an indoor cat which was in the woods for almost 3 days with no food, no clean water, her fur was matted, she had a bruise on her leg, and she wasn't eating when I got her home. They AGREED to pay the vet bill and simply asked me to let them know who the invoice would be coming from.

I found out that my cat contracted a parasite, which is why she couldn't eat (among other things), which came from her drinking dirty water, not to mention this happened during the week in August when there was extreme heat and several thunderstorms every day that week. Well, once they received the bill they were extremely rude and belligerent to the other vet because they didn't agree with the bill and they refused to pay it. Then, they had the nerve to be rude with me, keeping me on hold for several minutes and when I hung up to call back, they hung up on me several times then when "Ruth" (she refused to provide her last name) picked up the phone she was so nasty and disrespectful that I was so livid I lost all composure! I wasn't going to submit a review until after my lawsuit, but I keep getting emails for me to make appointments for my cat! Dealing with these people has been a nightmare that continues to haunt me! They did not care, they were rude, disrespectful and had no remorse for me or my cat.

Great Staff

When we brought Sugar in for a visit because of illness, we were pleased with the care that she received was really good. We were treated with care and compassion. The only negative was that Dr. McCorkindale was not in. The Doctor that we saw was wonderful, however and we are pleased with the care that Sugar received.
