I was disappointed to see on my receipt that the catylitic converter was "remanufactured" and not a new part. I wasn't told that in advance and for $1,800+ I guess I assumed it would be a new part.

I apologize we did not do better at explaining that all of the components were new, except for the recycled Platinum-agent, and that the cost of the cat included a core charge that you will be credit back. We're looking forward to seeing you again next week to continue checking off more projects on your Audi!
