Appointment went well but did not particularly like having to wait outside until appointment was done. Understand these were safety measures due to Covid. However, Redwood should strongly consider moving into a larger building where the customers can comfortably wait indoors.

I am not totally happy with Redwood Vet at the moment. I brought my white German shepherd in for one shot. They advised they could not continue with the procedure because my dog was too aggressive since he was not sedated. So we had to reschedule the appointment. I am not a fan of sedating my dog. We have sedated him with prior appointments and it did not seem to take until after the appointment. I get the fact that he could harm one of the staff members but if they let me be with my dog during the procedure, he would be fine. I don’t like the idea I cannot see what they do to my dog in the back room. My prior vet allowed me to be with my dog during the entire examination. We will try this procedure one more time with my dog being sedated and hopefully all goes well. He is a total love at home however he’s just very protective of me. We are working with him on his social skills.

My dog Harley was only there for the day for supportive care. So that was my first and only visit but I was extremely happy with the care he received the staff is friendly and compassionate. Dr.wright kept me informed on Harley's progress and was very helpful in answering my questions Harley is eating and is doing well the next day thank you all

I thought nailclipping was free when you have an appointment for other stuff, but I was charged $25. Perhaps I'm just not understanding the pricing during Covid. However, services were great.
