We're owners of two dogs and are new the practice after a glowing recommendation from our daughter. So far after one visit, we are very impressed with the style, operation and care of the clinic. From our first encounter over the phone with the receptionist to the vet tech and to the Dr., we have experienced pleasant, no hassle, efficient care for our 10 year old Yellow Lab. I believe we have arrived at the right vet service for our pets and us!

My entire experience was great. Making an appointment at a new net vet was easy and they were helpful and respectful. They took over getting my dog's information from her previous vet and the process was simple. The visit was easy and they were friendly with me and my dog. What I appreciate the most is the willingness of the doctor to take the time and thoroughly talk to me about my dog and her condition. They were conscious of money and how much things like X-rays cost and if there was truly a need for them.

My fur babies have seen Dr. Touran for years and have never been disappointed with the level of care we receive from her and her team. She is always very thorough and answers all of my questions and will work with you to develop a treatment plan that is best for your family. The staff at Raintree is very friendly and made our appointment run smoothly even with COVID restrictions in place. I would recommend anyone to Raintree and assure them that their pets are in good hands.
