My dog felt well cared for as always. Dr Dori is efficient and knowledgeable with her care for animals. He staff is also kind and considerate.

Clean, spacious, excellent decor. The staff was pleasant, smart and engaging.

My only criticism: requiring me to PAY IN ADVANCE days before our actual appointment. If this was a one time requirement for a new patient, that I can understand. Otherwise it surprises me.

Could not understand the vet tech at all she made my dog very nervous.

The front desk was nice but the music that was playing was very offensive and had foul language.

This music was coming from someone’s phone.

I was going to talk to the vet about everything when she called to discuss any findings. Now the new protocol for findings is a text message and never got a chance to tell her. I don’t know why things were so bad but I am rethinking if I will use them again.

I can say the reason you did not hear from the Dr regarding the negative stool is the routine results such as those come from the technicians, but we can absolutely note that you prefer a call. My Pablo is at Prospect Ridge Veterinary often due to his chronic ear infections . Pablo is blind and deaf so he is not always easy to examine. Dr.C and the vet techs are amazing with him. The front desk person is the kindness person. Everyone that works there you know it’s not a job to them but a passion. I know my Pablo is in the best care.
