The oil change went fine. I just felt there was a sales pitch after the service was over. It felt like they thought I would stay an extra hour or more for the $300 services listed on the sheet of paper they gave. me. I said I would need advance notice and I will think about it. I don't want to fell any time I come for an oil change something else has to be done. The choices are elective so I will think about it. I just don't want something else needed ea. time I come in.

I believe our job is to keep your vehicle on the road and away from costly breakdowns and failure that could be prevented. Changing to snow tires & checking out battery which had to be jumped recently. The only snag was the labor charge was higher than usual for tires. Adam caught that & I have gratitude anytime I can save a little money. Everyone is always pleasant and supportive about possible car problems. I like that they are eager to explain things, or will find out the answers to ones questions. Trust is high @ Pro Auto Care and that is important.

Dan was great and the staff is extremely friendly. Tough getting a certain part for my Jeep but the experience was over all very good. I will definitely be taking my jeep back for maintenance.

These guys were awesome! The work was completed in a timely manner especially since I did not have an appointment due to a problem with my car that needed same-day service. They were very thorough in relaying the details of my car's problem, what my options were and what, if any, further things to look for in order to be proactive and avoid further situations.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company!
