My sales rep , Dave English, was professional and knowledgeable about the product and benefits for installing a ductless heat pump.
The technicians arrived on time and were quick and efficient getting the unit installed and explaining everything I needed to know about how it worked.

I've used the repair people at Priority One several times and they are absolutely 5 stars. I thought I'd be in good hands when I needed my heating unit replaced. The David English guy that came out to put together the quote started spewing obvious BS that contradicted even the repair man and basic common sense. After 30 minutes of him treating me like an idiot i finally called him out.
Me: Dude you're making it pretty obvious that you're trying to over charge me by a lot. Is this going to be a quote in line with what you charge others?
Him: Well it's tough to feel sorry for you when you have such a nice house. You understand.
He then charged me to put together the quote and sent me a quote for 3 times the normal rate anyways. What a POS!

Tech was prompt and courteous . He explained to us what he was checking and what we needed. We feel tha the Priority One folks really take care of our system.

Priority One has been great. Our ductless heating units have kept our old, poorly insulated house quite comfortable for the past year., in both freezing temperatures and days over 100 degrees!
My only complaint about the 1 year service would be that the technician told me about blowing out the unit from the bottom to clean the fan intake but did not do it while he was there. Maybe he didn't have the right tools but just seems like something they should do for the fee. I do the monthly cleaning on the filters myself and know it needs done often but from my understanding the blowing out of the intake is not that frequent and in my mind should be done during the service.
I did not pay for my first year service, so maybe it will be done on my next year service which I did prepay for this year.

Extremely impressed with the service, office staff, and technicians. I was kept informed of every step from when the estimator first came out, to install, and just recently year tune up.
