I have no problem with your service. Everyone is kind, helpful and very professional. I do feel, however, that fees for dental services are extremely high especially compared to fees in other provinces. This is a problem if you want anything other than the most basic care, or if you do not have coverage through your work.

Our whole family loves Dr Phan and were already committed clients based on several positive experiences with him and all the lovely staff at Progressive Dental.
After my latest dental issue I am even more grateful we found them. I needed an emergency root canal done as I was in a lot of pain, I could feed my heartbeat in my teeth. The Canada Day Holiday meant I would have to wait until Thursday for relief as I went in Monday to get an x-ray. Dr Phan and his awesome Dental Assistant both stayed late Tuesday night so I could get the root canal (not fun but way better than suffering for 2 extra days). I was so grateful for their extraordinary service.
Thank you both for going above and beyond to help me out. I obviously highly recommend them!

I was disappointed that, as a senior without insurance, I couldn't be offered a 10% discount for dental services because your dental association forbade you to do so. I will continue to have check ups with Dr. Phan, whom I have a great deal of respect for and travel quite a distance to see, but will shop around for auxiliary treatments to an office closer to home and who may charge less. I do know that all dental offices do not charge the same fee for the same service.
If you will give me a contact person in your dental association I will make my opinion known.
