Donald and everyone at Positive Image are wonderful. I always walk out looking and feeling 10 times better than when I walked in. The entire experience is fantastic: from the greetings when you arrive, making sure to explore and talk through what you're looking for, the actual cut, color, shampoo, and styling processes, to wishing you well on your way out the door. Positive Image Salon is top notch.

I have been back to Positive Image two times since they reopened after the pandemic shutdown and am very impressed by their efforts to keep things safe for the employees and clients. I was a bit nervous, but feel very reassured after my two visits. I hope people will go back to the salon soon to we can keep this great place open and thriving.

At first the wait was a bit long. I waited 15 minutes after my appointment time before I was called. But once I got back in the back it was smooth sailing. She did amazingly on my hair and I will be coming back.

Fantastic. I live in North Arlington and had gone to Donald for years. Unfortunately because of the distance, I missed having him care for my hair for the past six years. I have gone to other salons in my area without satisfaction. Yesterday, I ventured on a 30 minute drive to Positive Image. I had a much needed moisturizing treatment, eyebrows tinted and a great cut and blow dry by Donald. He even remembered my hair and some of my adventures!
