I brought my 15 year old Lab/Shar-Pei mix in to see Dr.Carter to be assessed for possibly receiving acupuncture treatment. She cannot tolerate any pain and/or anti-inflammatory medications and I was at a loss at how to manage her pain--among some other old age induced issues. I wish I had brought her to Dr.Carter years ago! First of all, the actual office itself is so welcoming and clean. But even more remarkable is the level of customer service. It's just wonderful. Everyone who works in the practice is truly caring and professional. Dr.Carter is fabulous! She's intelligent and down to earth but also personable and has a great sense of humor. I really appreciate the time she took with my dog in order to give her a thorough assessment. I felt listened to and understood. And the best part is that once we decided on a course of action, which included acupuncture treatment, I saw improvement in my dog almost right away. I am so grateful for the help I have received from Pond Point in managing her at this stage of her life. It's honestly made a difference in my girl's qualiity of life as well as mine. It's just been a wonderful experience all around.

Unfortunately in this day and age of litigation it has been highly recommended that we hold all our patients to protect owners and their pet's but we strive to make sure you and your pet are always as comfortable as we can make you both. You were all very kind and compassionate , as my husband I had to make a painful decision and end Ebony's suffering by euthanizing her.

Relaxed atmosphere with pleasant helpful people. Makes you feel like you are part of a family. Office has a homey feel. Wonderfully scented and lots of goodies to buy your loved one.

Dr carter spends time examing my dog and explaining progress and goals. Discusses vaccines and advises. Is an advocate of taking time with required treatments. I am happy with her frequent checks on my puppy while he is growing. Most satisfactory vet I have had in 30 years
