I have been using Jim Mount with Phoenix Cleaning for 20 years. I love that this is a family business and that they treat customers like family. Tyler is so sweet and courteous! The whole crew is professional and polite. They are always on time and have great communication via email and text to let you know when they are coming. The service is outstanding! I tell everyone who needs their floors cleaned, call Phoenix.

Service occurred end of 2022. Was charged close to $500 and carpets were not cleaned. Technicians were here less than an hour and I had to call back a 2nd time to get it resolved. When they came the 2nd time the spots were removed but I heard a lot of silly excuses as to why the carpet was not cleaned initially. Decided to invest in my own carpet cleaner for less than $200 and was able to get carpets fully cleaned. Many of the reviews say the service is fast however fast is not best....it is best to be thorough especially when customers are paying a lot of money.
This company is not recommended.

Phoenix did a great job getting stains out of our carpets. The team was friendly and efficient, and the carpet was not overly wet. Our carpets look brand new! I highly recommend them.

This is my second cleaning from Phoenix cleaning solutions. Once last year and again this month. My carpets are white and have been spotless each time they were cleaned. Personnel was friendly and thorough. Prices are reasonable.
