Can't say enough good things about Phases. They are fantastic!!!
Today for example I received a personal phone call reminding me about a sales tax reporting deadline I was procrastinating on. I gave Phases the information and then they (Christina) went one step further.....she informed me that on some of my reporting I give the office it could go to annual reporting instead of quarterly. This I know will reduce my expenses with Phases. Phases is definitely looking out for their clients and not trying to overbill them.

Disappointed that the cost was more than was quoted and that the LLC taxes would be so high to do when there was no activity this year and that the LLC cost was not included in the initial quote.
Also, disappointed that we had to go in and find the deductions like real estate and personal property taxes that were missed in the initial return sent to us to review. We've always done our taxes ourselves, and though we're not as knowledgeable, I was hoping hiring someone to do them would be easier. However, it was just as much work, especially being so far away AND we had to look for and find the errors that saved us thousands of dollars ourselves.
At least you would represent us in the case of an audit, right?

This last year (2016) was our second year of getting personal taxes done by Phases along with 2 businesses. Debbie has always been quick to return calls or emails as we had questions in our business startups and been very detailed in her followup. Dealing with her accounts has also always been a pleasant experience.

I plan to use Phases for more than just taxes in the future--they have all kinds of resources for helping business set and reach goals--an area where I could probably use some help.

Rita did an excellent job with our taxes. Caire is very over worked. The portal did not work so we do not yet have a soft copy of our taxes.

They took about 2 weeks to do my taxes. I think it's better to get an appointment and wait for them to get done than dropping them off but other than that I was happy!
