Excellent job with the installation.
The only thing i would say is that the installers were not versed on how to configure the wifi for the door opener. they stated that i needed to buy another piece of equipment. I read the instructions and had both doors working in 30 min using the MYQ app on my phone. I can open or close the doors and get alerts if i forget to close the door. This is an important function in today's world, people want to be able to control devices using their smartphone.
Perhaps a training session for your installers.

One of the best companies i have ever dealt with. From our initial visit through installation it was professionally done. Joe in sales was a pleasure to work with and made sure we got what we wanted. Spent a lot of time with us. The installers, lead by Arron, were great. Could not recommend any more highly.

Thank you for replacing the door panel. Only suggestion would be that there where no communications with me on the wait time for the panel to come in. They also showed up and replaced and I had no idea. Just those two minor things.

They did a great job installing a. new door opener. However, I was unavailable when someone came to check it out, my son was home when they came to see why my old one wasn't working and they were there for approximately 30 seconds, looked at it blinking, and told him that they can already tell it needs to be replaced. The last time they came out to service a door for me, the tech was amazing. He looked at the opener thoroughly and told us what the issue was, we ended up buying parts for it and fixing it ourselves. I am less than thrilled that this tech didn't do a thing to check the old opener. I am not sure I will ever call back again, or I will definitely make sure I am home and have the technician actually look at the unit the next time around.
