As per usual Jean Claude does a great job with color. However, the rest of my experience was less than satisfactory. I was very late to the appointment as a result of traffic. I did call and was told to come in. They took me anyway and put in the color and washed my hair. Unfortunately they had no one to cut my hair or to dry it ( even though I had called to confirm that I could be taken and was told I would have 80 percent chance of having a haircut. ). Finally I dried my own hair and left.

Paul, Yanira, and Lujan are outstanding people. Aside from outstanding technical experience, they are warm and kind people, which makes all the difference. Your front desk staff is also excellent.

After going so long without a haircut during the pandemic shutdown, I was elated to finally get one with Isabelle. She gave me a fabulous cut as always and it did wonders for my morale. And the salon was careful to take measures to minimize coronavirus risk to staff and clients.

As usual, Karine provided the very best service and artistry in coloring and cutting my hair. Despite the masks and other COVID mitigation requirements, I had an excellent experience. Everyone was kind and professional, and the woman who washed my hair was wonderful - very relaxing and so nice to experience human touch after two months of none. Thank you, IZZY Salon!!
