The whole experience from top to bottom was complete professionalism and relaxation! I felt very comfortable and at ease behind these walls. The massage was everything you’d want and more (heated mechanical beds!!) and my facial was just what my skin needed. Portia and Rachel (Paisley) were completely on their game, but still gave a laid back feeling (which I love!) I’ve been recommending it to anyone who will listen :)

Portia is the best masseuse I have ever been too. I refuse to go anywhere else! She is absolutely wonderful! Always does a great job and ALWAYS has an awesome attitude. She is the best!

Kristina was so nice and was very reassuring about any body shame you might have, which was very nice. It was a none-issue. Her massage and treatment was very relaxing, and she explained what she did, etc. Later she made recommendations for other treatments I might enjoy. I would go back and ask for her.
Two things I noticed at the Spa I would change if it was mine:
Drinking water easily available. Especially after the treatment when they are telling you to hydrate for the evening (in my case) a bottle of water for the ride home would be a perfect touch. Also, a pitcher of ice water in the changing room, or at least in the waiting area would have been nice too. Or a water cooler, whichever.
I would have appreciated a hair comb. After my oil hair/head treatment - it would have been nice to be able to comb my hair - something I would have brought if I had known. I know other spas do this - there was a nice selection of product, but nothing to do your hair with. Just an idea.

I have been going to Denise for about a year and a half now and she never disappoints. She is amazing with color! She is open and honest while exploring options. I ask a lot of questions and she is very patient and thorough in her answers. She is a knowledgeable and experienced stylist providing a comfortable fun experience in a relaxing spa environment. I look forward to it every time!
