The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish the staff was kind and knowledgeable. The spa was clean and quiet and I was relaxed from the moment I arrived. I am already looking forward to my next appointment next month!

The front staff was great. Very professional, sweet and attentive. The lady that did my scrub was very friendly, nice and professional. After such great treatment, I expected a fantastic massage, however I was really not impressed. I could tell that the massage therapist did not read my intake form because I was specific about why I was there and that I did not want my head or face touched which she tried to do anyway. She didn't speak to me when I came in to the room except to tell me to lay face down and throughout the massage never asked about the pressure I would like or not like, any areas that I would like to focus on, etc. At one point she was massaging an area that was painful and even though I said that it was painful she continued to massage the area with the same amount of pressure. As she moved on tho my neck, head and face and I asked her not to massage my scalp or face, she abruptly stopped everything and said "then you're done". I was never even offered water after the massage even though the massage therapist was waiting outside the door for me to leave. It was a very disappointing experience for the amount of money I paid.

Excellence in treatment, products, safety and business processes. The facial treatment reduced stress. I feel well cared for too. The session helped me to understand the steps I need for a better skin regain that is healthy. I look forward to my education on additional treatments and best products.

My masseuse was very competent. She made me feel comfortable right away. It was the best massage I’ve ever had! I only wish I could’ve used the steam room but I understand why it’s closed due to Covid.
