Overall we love the staff!

Need better communication re things happening during procedure!

They could've gotten a biopsy while they were in the leg area anyway!

Now we have to come back and get more charges!

If they would've called our cell phones which we gave them the could've gotten our permission!

There always seems to be sneaky charges we don't want!

North of the River Veterinary Hospital replied:

This patient was presented for a front leg lameness of undetermined origin. This patient also required a dental cleaning. It was recommended that the dental procedure be done and while the patient was under anesthesia for the dental, radiographs were done and abnormalities were seen in the shoulder. Cancer was suspected, however do to the serious nature of this disease the radiographs were referred to a Board Certified Veterinary Radiologist for a second opinion. Therefore the patient was recovered from the anesthesia pending Radiologist results These results take 24 to 48 hours to be read by the radiologist and returned to North of the River Vet Hosp.

Obviously, It was not medically feasible to keep this patient under anesthesia until we received the opinion of the radiologist.

This was all explained to the client when the patient was released to her from our hospital and she seemed to understand.

We understand that when clients receive such a serious diagnosis for their beloved pet, they are upset and often find fault for the message deliverer.

We consider Mrs Cabe to be a client that will always be welcome at our hospital. Sully (the patient) is loved by the entire staff. We regret that there has been a misunderstanding of this nature

I took 4 feral kittens to be checked and treated. Everyone’s treats the babies so kindly and gently. I’ve been taking cats and kittens here for a few years now. My Aunt introduced me and I trust her opinion.

This vet office is ran by Keven's and Karen's that only work 9-5 Monday through Friday. I have had many problems with this clinic. Mostly out of availability, the vet is always taking random vacations as well as every holiday. So make sure you plan your animals care around their vacation schedules. Then they claim to be specialists in large breed dogs. They did not know the breed of my dogs, that are an akc kennel club breed. Being frank, This vet office 100% trash. I would not refer anyone to this office, because I am confident your needs will not be met, they will over charge you for services, and if the can exploit your loving nature towards animals they will.
