For starters I went here for the 1st tone yesterday morning. I'm new to the area and have only been to 1 other Vet (who I didn't like because they were extremely slow and their prices were crazy). When I called Saturday around 9am, your front desk personnel were so patient and kind and I was there within 5 minutes of calling. They got me And my pup signed in quickly and we were in the room in just another 5 minutes. I was greeted within 2 minutes of being put in the room. My dog is big at 82lbs and requires multiple people for shots nail trims etc. They were already prepared with 2 people and myself. They were gentle and not once did they ever seem agitated that my big boy wouldn't sit still. I checked out a couple minutes later and only paid $17 For his rabies shot. ALSO this was his last day to be able to get a 3 year shot because I procrastinate to the fullest. Haha. I absolutely love this place already and will return for any of my dogs needs!

Bo was in for a routine nail trim and heartworm preventative (shot). we were greeted upon arriving and didn't have to wait too long before we were seen. everyone at Northwood is very pleasant and we are happy to be clients there.
